Create lifelong stress mastery and resilience habits using the Less Stress in Life Accountability System. Small daily actions lead to lasting habit changes. Cohort groups of 12 (or less), learn together and develop community with each other. Education is delivered via live Zoom, or right in the app to view at your convenience. Each participant receives one 15 minute-focused 1:1 coaching session per month and there are open office hours posted weekly. Programs begin monthly and can be used by individuals and organizations.
