What will I learn in this Masterclass?

There was a time that my brain ran 24/7. I wondered and worried endlessly about EVERYTHING!

I was always tired, had zero energy, and got terrible sleep. I thought the problem was my job and what life had thrown at me. The real issue was that my body's stress response system was overactive and running the show. The constant demands on my time and energy created a palpable sense of burden and left me longing for escape and a sense of relief.

I was stuck in a never-ending stress loop that caused me to feel tense, be short-tempered, and spinning my wheels. I just couldn't get on top of things. I was overwhelmed and burned out.

It wasn’t until I discovered coherence tools that I began to break those stress loops. My mood improved, I slept soundly, and I got my creative mojo back. I started to run my life, instead of life running me.

Life had been sending me messages about getting off the merry-go-round, but I was too caught up in trying to keep up, so I ignored them.

I was a stressed-out, burned-out mess. I worked too much, had an exhaustingly long commute, was in an unhealthy marriage, and had huge challenges with my teen-aged son. I used a lot of energy trying to keep everyone else happy and all the plates spinning. My mind was in a constant state of analysis.

Somewhere in life, I lost sight of my own health and well-being, and I became disconnected to what was important to me. 

When I began to live from my heart, I had clarity about who and what was important in my life. It helped me to recognize patterns that I had been unknowingly repeating, was a big part of my healing process. 

I've had some of the best education and mentors help me through, and my life transformed into the one I had always dreamed of living.

Now I am educating and mentoring others to their best life.
