Harmony in the Havoc: Tools for those with Ultra-Stressful Lives

“Is Jen going to be upset because I can’t make it to coffee next week? Maybe I can move the meeting. Well, that’s not going to work….How am I going to make that work?”

“I won’t know anyone at the Chamber event. Maybe I should wait until next time to go.”

“I wish I wouldn’t have said yes to helping at the community event, I have too many things due right now, and not enough time to get them done.”

What will Mary think……What will happen if I…..

These are examples of the things that would run through my head as I tried to fall asleep at night stuck in analysis paralysis. Sometimes I woke in the wee hours and the wheels started turning….same shit, different day. I was exhausted, and my brain and body were stuck in a never-ending stress loop that caused me to feel tense, be short tempered, have a lack of focus, and get stuck in the problem rather than find a solution. Maybe you’ve experienced that “lights are on, but nobody’s home feeling” of chronic exhaustion, overwhelm or burnout.

It wasn’t until I discovered coherence tools that I began to break those stress loops. My mood improved, I slept soundly, and I got my creative mojo back. I started to run my life, instead of life running me.

Coherence tools and strategies help us recover from physical, mental, and emotional stress while optimizing our physical and mental capabilities. They are a must to thrive in a dynamic world full of challenges and opportunities.

  • Drastically reduce stress, worry, and fatigue
  • Sharpen your ability to focus, process information, and solve problems.
  • Enhance your capacity to handle challenging clients and situations.
  • Allow connection to your intuition for rapid, effective decision-making on complex issues.
  • Improve the quality of your sleep, vitality, and overall resilience.
  • Boost your endurance and elevate your overall performance.

Includes a stress and wellbeing assessment to set a baseline for growth.

I know what you're thinking...

  • I don't have time for this. I thought that too, but using the skills actually saved me time and made me more productive. They take about 10 minutes a day and give me back a few hours.
  • I already see a therapist. These tools are designed to integrate with therapy. In fact, many therapists are training in coherence therapy.
  • This is a bunch of woo-woo. There are more than 400 white papers on the use of these tools. They're research based and used by Navy Seals and sports teams.

This class is for you if you...

Find peace in the midst of chaos.

Are ready for a different perspective.

Wonder why stress is out of control.

Want to put your best self forward in 2024.

Stress is one of the biggest public health issues of our time. Read more...

Life had been sending me messages about getting off the merry-go-round, but I was too caught up in trying to keep up, so I ignored them.

I was a stressed-out, burned-out mess. I worked too much, had an exhaustingly long commute, was in an unhealthy marriage, and had huge challenges with my teen-aged son. I used a lot of energy trying to keep everyone else happy and all the plates spinning. My mind was in a constant state of analysis.

Somewhere in life, I lost sight of my own health and well-being, and I became disconnected to what was important to me.

When I began to live from my heart, I had clarity about who and what was important in my life. It helped me to recognize patterns that I had been unknowingly repeating, was a big part of my healing process.

I've had some of the best education and mentors help me through, and my life transformed into the one I had always dreamed of living.

Now I am educating and mentoring others to their best life.
