Yes, Relaxation Day is a real day to celebrate on the calendar. It's a Monday too! 😂

I struggle to recognize this day, because for our health, we need to be able to relax more than once a year, once a month or once a week. We really need some relaxation time every day. The parasympathetic nervous system, is the part of the nervous system that acts like the brakes on a car. It helps our body to rest and digest.

What is your favorite way to relax?
